About Anne McGillycuddy

Born and raised in Ireland, Anne brings a broad perspective and hands-on experience in real estate investment, renovation, and development to Chicago’s South Side. With a background in purchasing and renovating properties in both Ireland and the Beverly area of Chicago, she helps clients see a home’s true potential. Since moving to Chicago, she has continued this hands-on work, renovating homes throughout the Beverly area and helping clients see both the potential and the practical realities of a property.

Anne holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Education & Leadership from University College Dublin. This unique combination equips her with strong analytical insight, a strategic mindset and the ability to clearly guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process. Clients appreciate her thoughtful approach, attention to detail, and calm, informed guidance when navigating major financial decisions.

Anne was born in Co. Wicklow, Ireland, is married with three children and currently resides on the southside of Chicago. She enjoys spending time with her family, golfing and traveling home to visit her family in Ireland. She is passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. Whether working with first-time buyers or seasoned investors she brings experience, transparency, honesty, and a genuine commitment to her clients’ success.
