About Caroline Cunningham

A lifelong Chicago native, Caroline studied education at the University of St. Francis and went on to earn graduate degrees in Reading and Educational Leadership at DePaul University. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing her listings. Since her real estate start in 2019, Caroline was named Keller Williams Elite's Rookie of the Year. She was bringing in over 2.1 million dollars in sales in her first year in real estate. Caroline’s clients often describe her as detail-oriented, organized and fun to be around.

After investing, designing, and selling multiple properties, Caroline and her husband John created Cunningham Construction Home Co. specializing in making spaces better. Caroline is involved in the home renovation process from start to finish. She meets with clients to get a sense of their style and design goals. She then creates design boards along with shopping lists for homeowners to use in their renovation. Caroline communicates and is available throughout the entire reno process.

Caroline has always called Chicago home. From Mt. Greenwood to Roscoe Village then on to the South Loop, Caroline currently resides on the southside of Chicago with her husband, four sons and their puppy, Casey! She enjoys spending time with her family, vacationing in Lake Geneva, riding her bike, and traveling.
